A guide to preserving the craftsmanship behind every piece.
Every Meuzéum piece is crafted with considered materials, intentional structure, and artisanal surface work. Caring for them is part of the experience. Fine materials deserve refined care.
This guide helps preserve the silhouette, texture, and integrity of your garment.
Care instructions are organised by textile expression, based on how the material behaves, feels, and is constructed.
Professional dry cleaning
Low heat only
No bleaching
No tumble drying
No aggressive handling
Store on padded hangers
These principles apply to every Meuzéum piece:
• Prefer professional dry cleaning — especially for sculpted tailoring, surface techniques, jacquards, devoré, and structured silhouettes
• Do not bleach
• Steam or iron on low heat unless stated otherwise
• Avoid high heat, tumble drying, twisting, or wringing
• Store structured or embellished garments on padded hangers
• Keep away from harsh perfumes, deodorants, and prolonged direct sunlight
• For tailored or fitted pieces, always choose a cleaner experienced in handling structured womenswear

Meuzéum garments often combine:
Sculpted silhouettes
Mixed textile densities
Surface techniques
Bonded linings
Embroidery and devoré
Jacquard structures and satin finishes
Professional cleaning preserves proportion, structure, and material integrity — exactly as designed.
Garments carry memory.
The way you wear and care for them becomes part of their story.
Meuzéum pieces are crafted to be lived in, revisited, and preserved — installation after installation — when handled with intention.
