● Standard dispatch timeline: 7–10 business days from the date of purchase
● Dispatch timelines may vary based on garment complexity and order volume
Important: Dispatch timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
● Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and courier partner
● Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation

● Meuzéum's responsibility ceases once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner
● We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit
Customers are advised to report any visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting images, for internal verification.
Risk & Ownership
● Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided address
● Ownership of the garment transfers upon full payment and confirmed delivery
