Return & Refund Policy

At Meuzéum, every garment is crafted specifically for you. Our pieces are made to measure, produced in limited quantities, and treated as considered works, not mass merchandise. We ask that you review this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

All Meuzéum garments are made upon order and tailored individually for each client. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This policy applies to:

    ● Standard sizes 

    ● Custom-sized orders     

    ● Complete sets and individual pieces

Once an order is placed, it enters our production cycle and cannot be reversed.


Alterations

Minor sizing-related alterations may be offered at Meuzéum's discretion.

 To request an alteration:

    ● Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order

    ● The garment must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact

    ● Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted

    ● Altered garments are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or cancellation

Alteration services are chargeable, depending on feasibility and complexity.


Shipping for Alterations

    ● Customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs related to alterations

    ● We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service

    ● Meuzéum is not liable for loss or damage during transit to or from the studio once the garment leaves our premises.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

    ● An incorrect item, or

    ● A product with a verified manufacturing defect (excluding wear, handling, or transit damage)

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised beyond this period may not be accepted.

 All cases are subject to internal verification before resolution.


Order Cancellations

As each Meuzéum garment is produced specifically upon order confirmation, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Production begins immediately after confirmation, and orders cannot be modified, paused, or cancelled once they enter the tailoring process.

However, Meuzéum reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in cases including (but not limited to):

    ● Stock unavailability or quantity limitations

    ● Errors in pricing, product information, or availability

    ● Failed payment authorization or suspected fraudulent activity

    ● Incomplete or unverifiable customer details

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Delays & Refunds

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by:

    ● Courier partners

    ● Weather conditions

    ● Public holidays

    ● Unforeseen logistics disruptions beyond our control

While we work closely with premium shipping partners, such delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.


Refund Timelines

Where applicable and approved:

    ● Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

    ● Timelines may vary depending on banking partners and payment providers


Important Guidelines

    ● Products must remain unused, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

    ● Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused during manufacturing or transit will not be eligible for consideration

    ● Courier partners do not assume liability for damage during transit; secure packaging is the sender's responsibility

Meuzéum reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions outlined above or shows evidence of improper handling, use, or external damage beyond our control.
