Yes. We offer complimentary Pan-India shipping on all domestic orders. All garments are dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

At the moment, Meuzéum ships only within India. International shipping will be added soon.

Yes. Every garment is made to measure and crafted individually after an order is placed.

Select the closest standard size at checkout and email your full measurements + Order Number to care@meuzeum.com. Please include your Height in Heels for accurate length proportioning.

No. As all garments are made to measure, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

No. Size exchanges are not possible. Please review the Size Chart carefully before ordering, or contact us for sizing guidance.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Production begins immediately, and each garment is crafted specifically for you.

Yes. If you need a minor adjustment, we offer alteration services: • Alterations are chargeable based on the request. • Customers cover the one-way shipping cost when sending items back. • Once altered, garments are not eligible for any exchange or modification.

Dispatch timelines are 7–10 business days, but delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues. Meuzéum is not responsible for external logistics delays.

Yes. If you're unsure about your size, email us at care@meuzeum.com before placing your order — we'll help you choose the correct fit.

Not at the moment. All orders must be prepaid to begin the made-to-measure production process.
